1. About these terms
   By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Ajantha,

2. Products and prices
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed product. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices, and we may correct pricing errors, in which case we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send a confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the details look incorrect, and will refund you in full if so.

4. Customer content
When you upload photos, text or designs, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful or obscene material. We may refuse any order that breaks this rule. You are responsible for checking spelling and content before approving a design. We print exactly what you approve.

5. Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or UPI details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds
These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property
The website content, logo, designs and the Ajantha name belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Parappanangadi, Kerala.
