Shipping policy

Order processing
Most Ajantha products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days to prepare and print your order before it is dispatched. Larger or customised orders may take longer, and we will tell you if so.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days across India. Remote locations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, and delays by the courier or from events like weather or strikes are outside our control.

Shipping charges
 A flat charge of ₹ 50.00 applies to smaller orders. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking details by email / WhatsApp.

Delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully before placing the order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
